Additional Services & Charges
Additional services such as shopping, cleaning or laundry services can be arranged on request. We can also help with special occasions, so please ask and we'll do our best to cater for your needs e.g. hampers, cakes, catering. A small additional charge will be made for these services to cover time and costs involved.

Large Parties
An additional charge of £20 is made for parties exceeding 6.

For reservations made within 4 weeks of arrival, full payment should be made within 7 days of booking.

For reservations made 4 or more weeks before arrival, a 25% deposit should be made within 7 days of booking. Full payment should then be made 4 weeks prior to arrival.

If cancellation is made within 4 weeks of arrival, your deposit will be retained if a replacement booking cannot be made. If an alternative booking can be arranged, a 10% charge will be made to cover administration costs and the remaining balance will be refunded.
